PICKUP AT THE WORKSHOP

  • If you live in Ronda (Málaga), Seville, or nearby, you can come to the workshop to pick up your order or arrange an in-person appointment.

Each shipment has a delivery time that combines: production time + Correos shipping time.

When you place your order, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your order at all times through the Correos website.

Regarding the production and preparation time of the product, we usually take between 3-9 business days, but it depends on the number of orders, stock availability, gold plating, etc.

We ship through Correos. The estimated delivery time from when we send the product is between 2-4 days (national shipping) or around 1 week (international shipping within the EU).

These times may vary during Christmas and holiday periods.

The shipping address must be written correctly; otherwise, if the shipment does not arrive, we will not be responsible. In any case, if the order is returned due to non-delivery, we will contact you.
