MUDAR

To transform is to shed what no longer belongs to us.

MUDAR is a collection about transformation — the moment we leave behind what we have been and move towards what we are becoming.

Inspired by the legend of Nórax, son of Hermes and Eriteia, the collection follows the spirit of a navigator who chose the unknown over possession and power. His journey towards a new land becomes an inner passage: the courage to abandon certainty, cross a threshold and allow experience to transform us.

Each piece carries a trace of that movement — change, discovery and renewal. Jewellery becomes a witness to transformation, something we carry on the body as we move from one state of being into another.

To change is not to lose ourselves. It is to recognise ourselves differently.

I. THE ORIGIN

To change is to leave behind what no longer belongs to us.

MUDAR begins with the legend of Nórax, son of Hermes and Eriteia: a rebellious navigator who chose discovery over the certainty of a crown. Driven by the desire to learn, build and explore, he abandoned what had already been defined for him and sailed towards the unknown.

His journey becomes the starting point of MUDAR: a collection about transformation, freedom and the courage to move beyond what we already know in order to discover what we might become.

II. THE DEPARTURE

Freedom begins with the courage to leave.

Nórax is offered a crown, but chooses another path. Rather than remain within a destiny already written for him, he renounces power and returns to the sea.

This departure is the first true act of transformation: leaving behind certainty without knowing what lies ahead. In MUDAR, change begins precisely here — in the decision to release what we have been in order to make space for what we may become.

III. THE DISCOVERY

Beyond the known, a new world begins.

Nórax sails towards the unknown, driven not by conquest, but by the need to discover what lies beyond the world already defined for him.

His journey leads him to Nora — a land that represents more than a destination. It is the materialisation of his decision to leave certainty behind and create something of his own.

Discovery becomes transformation. What begins as a journey across the sea becomes a journey towards a new identity.

IV. THE FOUNDING OF NORA

Discovery becomes creation.

After crossing the unknown, Nórax reaches a new land. What began as an act of departure now becomes an act of creation: he founds Nora and becomes king not of a kingdom inherited from others, but of a world he has discovered for himself.

In MUDAR, Nora represents this moment of transformation — the place that appears when we have the courage to abandon what was already written and begin again.

To change is not simply to leave something behind. It is to make space for something that did not exist before.
